Step One: Surveying.

Step Two: The Big Dig.

Expect us to ask questions. Lots of questions. Let’s talk sales, R&D, operations, channel management, service reps, customers. Along the way, we’ll cultivate insights, identify key themes and uncover opportunity areas that will drive ideation. Step Four: Production and Packaging.

No factory metaphors here: we’re not in the business of mass-produced marketing plans. This is a hands-on operation where ideas and creative concepts are refined, tested, turned into prototypes and translated into vivid, actionable plans with measurable results.

Step Five: Installation and Implementation.

This is when many turn over the plans for someone else to interpret or execute. We can do that. But we can also manage the implementation of every detail, from 2 a.m. press checks to training your sales staff in person or on the new web site.
