Outshouts is a new (beta) sharing site for music. You can send mp3’s to friends (as I did with my friend Frank Harper) and/or post to your website or blog (as I’m doing now). You may add a personal message that appears before the music you send. Sharing is a big part of what the web has become. And this is cool.
