On the road
I’ve been away from home and office for a few days, but not without time to keep up. Since Wednesday night I’ve been at a friend’s home, and although there are some moments when things are a bit uncomfortable … like when I missed the last step coming downstairs this morning and fell to the floor with a thud. My knees skinned a bit, but I didn’t drop the laptop.
There are far more things that are perfectly comfortable, including working from here. Bob’s wi-fi set-up is as good as any at any hotel in which I’ve stayed, and I’ve moved from guest room to breakfast room with relative ease (that “last step” being the exception). We work that way now. From anywhere we can do almost anything.
Here’s my golf partner this week and me working from the breakfast table:
So when you read this post or an email or IM from me, it’s not important whence it came, only that it came in the first place.
Good morning.
