A good way to run a small business
No meetings, employees spread all over creation, focusing on fewer things and doing them better? Sounds good to me. It’s a model for Burris, and, apparently for 37Signals as well. We use the company’s Basecamp project management service. And I also use its online contact management product, Highrise.

We’ve been using another 37Signals software, Backpack, for about six months and really like it.
