Fixing the email mess

Eric Gordon and I were jawing the other day about the way our email inboxes looked. He won. He had nothing in his email inbox.

Then he sent me a link to the “inbox zero” idea explained in this video. So watch it, and thank Eric, not me. (Just don’t thank him with an email.)
