The Idea Blog

Happy holidays

Posted by Mark on Thursday, December 20th, 2007. Filed under Burris.

We all have the holidays to look forward to - right around the corner, they are. While we scurry about to wrap up projects that must be done NOW, wrap up presents that need to be delivered, FedEx’d, mailed or put under the tree, and wrap up our plans for travel, visiting relatives or whatever, it’s a good time for me to thank you for reading our Idea Blog, for your support, for your business, for your wit, your good thoughts and gentle criticism and for all else you’ve given so freely in 2007.

And to our friends at Yamaha for “Wakatano,” here keeping sentinel over another of Dean’s display booth models.

Wakatono, keeping guard

The description that accompanied the doll tells us that “Wakatono” means “the young general.” “He commands his army, planning his military strategies as he leads them to victory. The Wakatono doll expresses the bravery and strength of the young general.”

We’ll be closed from Monday, December 24, through Friday, December 28.

Happy holidays to one and all.
